Head Administrator
Copenhagen (or remote within EU)
A newly registered Danish NGO is seeking a Head Administrator to help anchor and manage a multi-dimensional cultural mission. This is less a conventional job listing than a resonance call, for someone ready to help bring a planetary-scale project into grounded form.
Our Mission
We are a legally recognized non-profit association working at the intersection of:
- Cultural transmission and spiritual remembrance
- Audiovisual media and global storytelling
- Educational outreach and cross-cultural dialogue
- Clean-energy vessel design and regenerative systems
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who can:
- Navigate Danish and EU legal/financial structures with confidence
- Prepare grant materials and steward funding applications
- Build infrastructure and workflows with precision and grace
- Coordinate between spiritual vision and institutional form
This role includes co-developing the funding base for the organization, including seeking support for a growing core team, and for your own position.
You May
- Be fluent in both Danish and English
- Come from the NGO, legal, cultural, or academic world, but seek deeper meaning
- Work with quiet excellence and full responsibility, even when unseen
- Know how to write a budget and hold a prayer, and when to use each
